At SwarmStorm.studio, we are committed to delivering exceptional digital products and services. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring we can continue to provide outstanding value to all our clients.
Due to the nature of digital products and SaaS, refunds are generally not provided once the product has been delivered or accessed. However, exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of non-delivery, major defects, or failure to meet agreed specifications.
We may offer a limited-time evaluation or trial period for our digital products or SaaS. If not satisfied during this period, clients can discontinue their use without any charge.
For custom digital products, refunds may be considered only if the delivered product significantly deviates from the agreed specifications and cannot be rectified.
If you cancel a service before it is completed, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. Any work already delivered will be invoiced accordingly.
Some specialized services, including initial consultations, strategy sessions, and custom development work, may be non-refundable as indicated at the time of engagement.
For larger projects, we work on a milestone basis. Refunds for completed milestones are generally not available, but future milestones may be cancelled with appropriate notice.
The decision for refund eligibility is at the sole discretion of SwarmStorm.studio and will be based on the examination of the claim and the nature of the service or product provided.
Custom orders, specialized consulting services, and products that have been significantly customized are generally exempt from being returned or refunded.
We may, at our discretion, offer additional services, modifications, or store credit instead of a monetary refund.
Refund processing times may vary based on the payment method and banking institutions involved, typically ranging from 5-10 business days.
For any physical products (if applicable), clients are responsible for shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
